This company is the BEST! Mike and Brian are both very knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to deal with. I absolutely love the motorized shade they recommended for over by bed. It is room darkening and goes up and down easily with the touch of a button on the remote. They suggested putting in a wooden cornice to hide the shade. It is beautiful and adds so much to the room. I have had it for two years and recently, I had to change out the batteries and I called Timm's for advice on how to do this. They were willing to come over and help me since they are so familiar with the product and this was the first time I was attempting it. I had Timms Window Fashions install some wood blinds in our house about ten years ago. After reviewing my choices at their store, the owners Mike and Brian came and measured everything up, made some great recommendations and were careful to take their time to answer all of my questions. We have a lot of woodwork throughout our home and they matched up the colors of the blinds perfectly with the existing trim around the windows. The installation was flawless and the blinds look amazing even after all these years. Having the wood blinds in all of our windows has added such a feeling of warmth and continuity throughout our home, we absolutely love them. Recently we went back to Timms to get a window treatment for our back door. They recommended a cordless honeycomb shade and again we experienced the same level of personalized attention and professionalism that we had in the past even though it was just one window.
